2017 JUNE 06 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 5 - <br />Staff Presentation <br />City Attorney Campos presented for Council consideration and approval the proposed ordinance; would delete <br />the specific term limitations on towing permits and agreements for participants in the City’s rotational towing <br />program for non-consensual tows; once deleted the term of all permits and towing agreements will be identified <br />in the Towing Rules and Specifications promulgated by the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br /> <br />Council Discussion <br />None <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Suchil/CM González to waive full reading, read by title only, and introduce <br />Ordinance No. O-06-17. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Comments from Mayor and Council on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER’S REPORTS <br />City Manager Smith informed Council the first regularly scheduled council meeting in July falls on a Holiday, <br />4th of July, and requested to move the business of the agenda to the second meeting in July (July 18, 2017). <br /> <br />No objection by Councilmembers present; so moved. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 7:27 p.m. Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the Regular Council Meeting in memoriam of Colton Police <br />Detective Jack E.
