<br />(2) Warrants – Approve US Bank vouchers dated 04/21/2017, totaling $38,532.39; voucher numbers
<br />162999 to 163119, dated 05/11/2017, and totaling $1,721,422.60; voucher numbers 163120 to 163251,
<br />dated 05/16/2017, and totaling $1,388,983.82; voucher numbers 163252 to 163388, dated 0525/2017,
<br />and totaling $1,289,304.96; and a payroll disbursement listing for the period 04/22/2017 to 05/05/2017,
<br />totaling $753,132.52, on file in the Finance Department.

<br />(3) Second Reading of Ordinance No. O-05-17 - Waive full reading and pass second reading of Ordinance
<br />No. O-05-17, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Colton amending section 2.30.020 of
<br />Chapter 2.30 of Title 2 of the Colton Municipal Code for the purpose of allowing the appointment of
<br />Youth Commissioners to Commissions and Committees, ORDINANCE NO. O-05-17.

<br />(4) Purchase of Smart Landscape Irrigation Controllers – Approve the purchase of smart irrigation
<br />controllers from SiteOne Landscape Supply in the amount of $30,719.67.
<br />
<br />(5) Citywide Tree Trimming – Approve and adopt a resolution to amend the FY 2016-17 expenditure
<br />appropriation to increase the Stormwater budget by $35,000; and approve the first amendment to the
<br />Maintenance Services Agreement with The Original Mowbray’s Tree Service, Inc., to increase the total
<br />annual compensation for additional citywide tree trimming services through October 31, 2017 in the
<br />amount of $35,000; and authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment, RESOLUTION
<br />NO. R-30-17.

<br />(6) California Municipal Finance Authority (CMFA) Open Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE)
<br />Program – Approve and adopt a resolution authorizing the CMFA to accept applications from property
<br />owners, conduct contractual assessment proceedings and levy contractual assessments within the City
<br />and authorizing related actions; and, authorizing the Mayor or City Manager to execute all documents
<br />and take any actions necessary and appropriate to carry out the intent of this resolution, RESOLUTION
<br />NO. R-31-17.

<br />(7) Set public hearing for LLMD 1 – Approve and adopt the following resolutions to initiate proceedings for
<br />the annual levy of assessments for Landscape Lighting and Maintenance District 1 for FY 2017-18: 1)
<br />Resolution No. R-32-17, initiating proceedings; 2) Resolution No. R-33-17, approving the preliminary
<br />engineer’s report; and 3) Resolution No. R-34-17, intention to set the public hearing date regarding this
<br />matter for June 20, 2017, RESOLUTION NOS. R-32-17, R-33-17, and R-34-17.

<br />(8) Set public hearing for LLMD 2 – Approve and adopt the following resolutions to initiate proceedings for
<br />the annual levy of assessments for Landscape Lighting and Maintenance District 2 for FY 2017-18: 1)
<br />Resolution No. R-35-17, initiating proceedings; 2) Resolution No. R-36-17, approving the preliminary
<br />engineer’s report; and 3) Resolution No. R-37-17, intention to set the public hearing date regarding this
<br />matter for June 20, 2017, RESOLUTION NOS. R-35-17, R-36-17, and R-37-17.

<br />(9) Approval of FY 2017/2018 Budget – Approve and Adopt Resolutions Approving and Adopting the
<br />Fiscal Year 2017/2018 Budget, CITY RESOLUTION NOS. R-38-17, R-39-17, CUA RESOLUTION
<br />NO. CUA-03-17, AND CHA RESOLUTION NO. CHA-03-17.

<br />(10) Towing Ordinance – Waive full reading, read by title only and introduce an ordinance amending section
<br />10.40.070 of the Colton Municipal Code relating to the length of towing permits and agreements for
<br />participants in the City’s Towing Rotation Program, ORDINANCE NO. O-06-17.
