<br />2017 JUNE 20 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA REG MEETING 4 - <br />06-17. <br /> <br /> <br />(5) Wildland Protection Reimbursement Agreement – Approve and adopt a Resolution, authorizing the <br />renewal of the Local Responsibility Area Wildland Protection Reimbursement Agreement, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-40-17. <br /> <br />(6) Contract with Fire Apparatus Solutions - Approve piggybacking onto the City of Vernon’s Fire <br />Department Vehicle Services Maintenance Contract with Fire Apparatus Solutions for an amount n ot to <br />exceed $125,000 per year. <br /> <br />(7) CUA/Order the Levy for Assessments (James Sullivan District “A”) – Approve and adopt a Resolution <br />ordering the levy for assessments for Improvement District “A” (James Sullivan Mutual Water <br />Company), RESOLUTION NO. R-41-17. <br /> <br />(8) Low Income Community Solar – Approve and adopt a Resolution authorizing the Low Income <br />Community Solar program for income-qualified customers as recommended by the Utilities <br />Commission, RESOLUTION NO. R-42-17. <br /> <br />(9) Professional Services Agreement with Green Acres Advertising Design – Authorize the City Manager to <br />enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Green Acres Advertising Design to offer water <br />conservation marketing in the amount of $15,000. <br /> <br />(10) Professional Services Agreements with Various SCPPA Vendors – Approve a Resolution authorizing <br />the participation, in Professional Services Agreements, between Southern California Public Power <br />Authority (SCPPA), ARCA Recycling Inc., Synergy Companies, Energy Federation Incorporated (EFI), <br />Resource Action Programs, LLC., and Energy Services Group (ESG), Clean Power Research, Questline <br />Inc., and Automated Energy, in Energy Efficiency programs for residential and commercial customers <br />and authorize the City Manager to execute letters of participation with SCCPA, RESOLUTION NO. R- <br />43-17. <br /> <br />(11) Net Energy Metering compensation - Approve and adopt a Resolution to amend Schedule NEM, Net <br />Energy Metering, of the Electric Rules and Rate Schedule in the City of Colton Customer Service Policy <br />to set the net energy metering compensation rate (Avoided Cost of Energy Mechanism) for FY 2017/18 <br />at $0.0400/kWh and that this rate be used to reimburse commercial and residential customers fo r over- <br />generation from customer-owned solar facilities, RESOLUTION NO. R-44-17. <br /> <br />(12) Annual Anticipated Disadvantage Business Enterprise - Approve a Resolution approving the Annual <br />Anticipated Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation Level (AADPL) for Federal Fiscal <br />Year 2017-2018 and authorize the City Manager or his/her Designee to execute the DBE Annual <br />Submittal Form on behalf of the City of Colton, RESOLUTION NO. R-45-17. <br /> <br />(13) Award of Contract for the Design of Agua Mansa Power Plant Maintenance Building Project - <br />Authorize the award of Professional Service Agreement to Andresen Architecture, Inc. in the amount <br />not to exceed $36,550 for the Engineering Design of the Agua Mansa Power Plant Maintenance <br />Building Project. <br /> <br />(14) Contract – Department of Education – State Preschool – Approve and adopt a Resolution, approving the <br />State of California Contract CSPP-7421 for the provision of preschool education services in the Early <br />Childhood Education Division of the Community Services Department, RESOLUTION NO. R-50-17.
