2017 SEPTEMBER 5 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 4 - <br /> <br />(3) Program Supplement Agreement and Cooperative Agreement – (1) Authorize the execution of the <br />Administering Agency-State Agreement and Program Supplement Agreement with Caltrans for the <br />Barton Road Bridge Removal, and Road Construction Project; (2) Authorize the execution of <br />Cooperative Agreement between the City of Colton and the City of Grand Terrace for the Barton Road <br />Bridge Removal, and Road Construction Project; (3) Approve and adopt Resolution No. R-67-17 <br />authorizing the City Manager to execute the Administering Agency-State Agreement and the Program <br />Supplement Agreement No. 018-F including any future amendments; and (3) Approve and adopt <br />Resolution No. R-68-17 amending the Fiscal Year 2017-18 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) <br />Budget, RESOLUTION NOS. R-67-17 AND R-68-17. <br /> <br />(4) AB 212 Stipend - Approve and adopt Resolution R-69-17 authorizing the agreement between the <br />Community Services Department and the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools for the AB <br />212 Educational Stipend Program, RESOLUTION NO. R-69-17. <br /> <br />(5) GANN Limit – Approve and adopt Resolutions approving the revised annual GANN Limit for FY Years <br />2015-16, FY 2016-17, and FY 2017-18, RESOLUTION NOS. R-70-17, R-71-17 AND R-72-17. <br /> <br />(6) Measure I Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Capital Program Needs Analysis (CPNA) for FY <br />2017-18 – (1) Approve and adopt Resolution No. R-73-17 reaffirming and adopting Fiscal Year <br />2017/2018 Measure I Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan and Expenditure Strategy Plan; (2) Approve <br />and adopt Resolution No. R-74-17 approving submittal of the Fiscal Year 2018/2019 thru FY 2022/2023 <br />Five-Year Capital Projects Needs Analysis (CPNA) to the San Bernardino County Transportation <br />Authority (SBCTA); (3) Approve and adopt Resolution No. R-75-17 amending the FY 2017-18 Capital <br />Improvement Program (CIP) Budget, RESOLUTION NOS. R-73-17, R-74-17, and R-75-17. <br /> <br />(7) Wastewater Camera Equipment - Approve the sole source purchase of new camera equipment in the <br />amount not-to-exceed $47,794.07 to Plumbers Depot in accordance with Colton Municipal Code <br />3.08.140(b). <br /> <br />(8) First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Denali Water Solutions, LLC - Approve <br />the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Denali Water Solutions, LLC to <br />increase the total compensation for the removal and disposal of Class B Anaerobically Digested Bio- <br />Solids by $77,790.87, for the period through October 1, 2017; and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute the agreement. <br />ITEM PULLED AND NO ACTION TAKEN AT THIS TIME <br /> <br />(9) Notice of Completion – Authorize the execution and recordation of Reche Canyon Booster Station <br />Electrical Upgrade project. <br /> <br />(10) Award of Contract to General Pump – Approve a piggyback contract with General Pump Company <br />based on the existing maintenance contract between GPC and the City of Orange in an amount not -to- <br />exceed $300,000, for Well maintenance and repairs. <br /> <br />(11) Parcel Map 19471 – Approve Parcel Map 19471, at 1600 Agua Mansa Road. <br /> <br />(12) Subdivision Agreement - Prologis – Accept the public improvements for Parcel Map 12995, and release <br />obligation of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement; authorize the Mayor to sign and execute a <br />quitclaim deed for a 20 foot easement for storm drain purposes of real property located along Riverside <br />Avenue and Miguel Bustamante Parkway. <br />
