Notice of Adjournment of Meeting <br />was posted on September 20, 2017, in compliance with Government Code Section 54954.2. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, MPT Toro, Cisneros, Navarro, González, Woods, Suchil, and <br />Mayor DeLaRosa (appeared at 5:03). <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br /> <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss <br />Item A. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />A.
