2017 OCTOBER 17 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 7 - <br />(17) Zoning Text Amendment – Title 18 Chapter 18.50 (Signs) <br /> <br />TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO WAIVE FURTHER <br />READING, READ BY TITLE ONLY AND INTRODUCE AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING PORTIONS OF CHAPTER 18.50 OF TITLE <br />18 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SIGNS. <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa declared the Public Hearing Open. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Affidavit of Publication (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and announced no protest <br />or objections received thereto. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENTATION <br />Mark Tomich, Development Services Director presented an overview of the agenda report and concluded <br />requesting approval of staff’s recommendation. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Woods/CM González to closed the public hearing. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Woods/CM González to waive full reading, read by title only and introduce <br />ORDINANCE NO. O-08-17. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />(18) Colton Utility Authority – Approve and adopt a Resolution to approve the legal documents and finance <br />team for the 2017B Water Refunding and New Money Bonds, RESOLUTION NO.
