DAP-001-394) TO CONSTRUCT NEW 750 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE, 600 <br />SQUARE FOOT REPAIR SHOP, AND 2,041 SQUARE FOOT COVERED TRUCK BAY AREA, ON <br />PROPERTY LOCATED PROJECT SITE MEASURING 15,000 SQUARE FEET IN AREA WITHIN <br />THE M-2/SDA (HEAVY INDUSTRIAL/SENSTIVE DEVELOPMENT AREA OVERLAY) ZONE. <br />(FILE INDEX NO. DAP-001-459). <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa declared the Public Hearing Open. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of Public Hearing for Appeal (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and <br />announced no protest or objections received thereto. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENTATION <br />Mario Suarez, Planning Manager, Development Services, presented for Council consideration/action as outlined <br />in staff’s recommendation. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />James Lopez; spoke against the development of the project; <br />Veronica Lopez; spoke against the development of the project; and <br />Patrick Lopez; spoke against the development of the project. <br />Jose Vasquez; spoke in support of the project; <br />Tuan Duong; represented appellant/architectural design; spoke in support of the project; <br />Kevin Fini; appellant; spoke in support of the project; and <br />Lynn Fini, appellant; spoke in support of the project. <br /> <br />Motion and Second to close the public hearing. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br /> <br />
