Notice of Special Meeting was given on January 30, 2017, in compliance with Government Code Section 54954.2. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were, MPT Toro, Jorrin, Navarro, González, Woods, Suchil, and Mayor DeLaRosa. GIFT DISCLOSURES Mayor DeLaRosa asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest, pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed.
