2017 FEBRUARY 2017 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 5 - <br />Motion and Second by CM Jorrin/CM González to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-06-17 <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />(10) Mid-Year Budget Review – It is recommended that the City Council adopt a Resolution authorizing the <br />amendment of the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget; that the Colton Utility Authority Board adopt a <br />Resolution authorizing the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget; and, that the Colton Housing <br />Authority Board adopt a Resolution authorizing the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget to <br />include certain necessary adjustments, RESOLUTION NOS. Questions by Council clarified by staff: Finance Director Dabbs, and Executive Administrator Adelfa <br />Flores. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Suchil/MPT Toro to approve and adopt Resolution Nos. R-05-17, CUA-01-17, and <br />CHA-01-17 with additional monies of $308.00 to the initial $4,256.00 to Council Budget/Travel & Meetings. <br />Vote: Motion failed: NO – Jorrin/Navarro/González/DeLaRosa; YES – Toro/Woods/Suchil <br /> <br />Continued discussion by Mayor and Councilmembers present with clarification provided by staff. <br /> <br />MAJOR MOTION <br />Motion and Second Mayor DeLaRosa/CM González to approve and adopt Resolution Nos. R -05-17, CUA-01- <br />17, and CHA-01-17 with the deletion to the Council Budget – (line item) Travel & Meetings in the amount of <br />$4,256.00 <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />SUBSEQUENT MOTION <br />Motion and Second by MPT Toro/CM Suchil to reduce the Council Budget – (line item) Travel & Meetings to <br />$610.00 registration fee for MPT Toro and $610.00 registration fee for CM Suchil to attend the annual ICSC <br />yearly conference. <br />Vote: Motion failed: NO – Jorrin/Navarro/González/DeLaRosa; YES – Toro/Woods/Suchil <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ORAL REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br />Council Members made comments on various issues and activities throughout the community. <br />
