2017 MARCH 07 REG CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 4 - <br /> <br />(7) Colton Utility Authority / NBS Government Finance Group – Authorize the approval of a contract to <br />NBS Government Finance Group in an amount not-to-exceed $35,230 to complete the Water and Sewer <br />Capacity Fee Study, and provide additional consulting services related to the City’s Sewer Rates. <br /> <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />(8) Qualifications and Eligibility for Commission Appointments – Consider an Ordinance amending Section <br />2.30.060 of Chapter 2.30 of the Colton Municipal Code providing that the attendance of a non-resident <br />business owner Commissioner or Committee member would count when determining whether or not a <br />quorum exists, ORDINANCE NO.
