6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />Additional Plan Review Required by Changes, Additions or Revisions to Plans or to <br />Plans for which an Initial Review has been completed <br />Portions of Resolution No. R-30-16 are repealed in their entirety, specifically Exhibit A, fees <br />and charges, as follows: <br />Building Permit Issuance - Administrative Charge <br />Building Permit — Demolition Permit <br />Building Permit — Electric Service Panel <br />Building Permit — Sewer Line Replacement <br />Building Permit — Water Heater Replacement <br />SECTION 3. Supporting Evidence & Study. The adoption of this Resolution is <br />based on all oral and written evidence prepared by and/or presented to the City, including but <br />not limited to, the Fee Nexus Analysis, prepared by the City with input from all affected <br />departments. This study, which documents that all approved fees and charges do not exceed <br />the cost to the City of providing noted services, is hereby accepted by the City Council. <br />SECTION 4. CEOA Findings. The City Council hereby finds that, in accordance <br />with the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the CEQA Guidelines, the <br />adoption of this Resolution is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3). <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date of Resolution. The Mayor shall sign this Resolution <br />and the City Clerk shall attest thereto, and thereafter this Resolution shall take effect <br />immediately. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this V day of April, 2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
