Amend the Fiscal Year 2016/17 budget to increase revenues in the amount <br />of $659,218 in account number 100-7895-000 and to increase appropriations in the amount of <br />$659,218 in Account Number 520-8000-8001-5994-0930-200 to increase the FY16/17 General <br />Fund Transfer to twenty percent (20%). <br />SECTION 4.
