The terns of the award allow other public agencies to piggyback. Since this contract <br />was competitively bid and awarded by another public agency, and since the price is equal to <br />or better than the price offered to the public, the competitive bidding requirements of Colton <br />Municipal Code have been met; and, <br />WHEREAS, Wondries has also provided the City a $1,341 mile credit since this vehicle <br />was a demonstration vehicle with 1,341 miles on the vehicle as detailed in the Attachment 1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton, State of California do <br />hereby resolved as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Authorize the purchase of a Chevy Bolt from Wondries Fleet Group in <br />accordance with Colton Municipal Code 3.08140(C); and <br />SECTION 2.
