The City Council hereby adopts the "Statement of Goals and <br />Policies Regarding the Use of the Community Facilities Act of 1982" attached as "Exhibit A" <br />hereto as the goals and policies of the City referred to in Section 53312.7 of the Act, which may <br />be amended and revised from time to time by resolution of the City Council, in accordance with <br />the Act. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1511' day of November, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
