The applicant shall post the maximum occupancy loads per Building Code and Fire Code <br />requirements. <br />This establishment must comply with the City of Colton Municipal Code Section <br />Performance Standards Title 18 (Zoning Code), Chapter 18.42 includes: Fire and explosion <br />hazards; electrical interference; noise; vibration; smoke; odors; air quality; light; glare; <br />liquid; and solid waste. <br />9. The sales of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 am to <br />2:00 am — 7 days a week only within the convenience market area, unless otherwise <br />amended by the granting of a modification of this Development Permit Application for the <br />Conditional Use Permit (File Index No. DAP -001-347) by the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Colton. The fast food area of the building shall be limited to the hours of operation <br />from lam to 1lpm - 7 days of week. No alcoholic beverages shall be sold or consumed <br />within the fast food restaurant area of the building. <br />10. It shall be the applicant's responsibility to ensure that no alcoholic beverages, sold on the <br />premises, are consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control <br />of the applicant. <br />11. The applicant or an employee of the licensee must be present to monitor all areas of the <br />establishment during all times that alcoholic beverages are being sold. <br />12. All employees selling alcoholic beverages must complete Responsible Beverage Service <br />Training, or an equivalent approved by the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage <br />Control, prior to being able to serve alcoholic beverages to patrons. Evidence of the <br />completion of such training must be maintained on the premises and available for inspection <br />upon request by the City. <br />13. Employees and contract security personnel shall not consume any alcoholic beverages <br />during their work shift, except for product sampling for purposes of quality control. <br />14. Permissible window displays must be kept to a minimum for maximum visibility and shall <br />not exceed 30 percent of the window coverage. Floor displays shall not exceed three feet <br />in height. <br />15. No entertainment, including but not limited to, amplified music, karaoke, performers and <br />dancing, shall be held at this location for promotional purposes, except in-house sound <br />system is permitted. <br />16. The Applicant and/or Property Owner shall comply with all requirements of all reviewing <br />agencies and shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal rules, laws and <br />regulations. <br />17. The Applicant and/or Property Owner shall, at all times, maintain the property so as not to <br />constitute a nuisance in the community. <br />-5- <br />
