This City Council finds and declares approve entering into a service and non- <br />disclosure inter -utility agreement between SoCal Gas Company and CED for an income <br />qualified energy efficiency mobile home retrofit program. <br />Section 2. This City Council finds and declares the City manager to execute the <br />agreement. <br />Section 3.
