1 <br />2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton, as <br />3 follows: <br />4 <br />SECTION 1. The recitals preceding this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />5 <br />6 incorporated into this Resolution by this reference. <br />7 SECTION 2. The City Council is recommending the alleyway, sidewalk and community <br />8 garden project to utilize City unspent CDBG funds. <br />9 SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of Colton has determined that the <br />10 <br />recommendation in this Resolution is categorically exempt from environmental review <br />11 <br />pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code, sections 21000, <br />12 <br />13 et seq.). The project is for the replacement and reconstruction of existing alleyway and <br />14 sidewalk curb ramps as described in section 15301(c) of the State CEQA Guidelines (Title 14 <br />15 California Code of Regulations sections 15000, et seg.) and will result in no expansion of an <br />16 <br />existing use. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to file all appropriate notices pursuant <br />17 <br />18 to CEQA with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino, <br />19 California. <br />20 SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
