2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />Il <br />12 <br />I3 <br />14 <br />15 <br />I6' <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />241 <br />251 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY PROCLAIM that a local emergency now exists <br />throughout the City; and <br />IT IS HEREBY FURTHER PROCLAIMED AND ORDERED that during the <br />existence of said local emergency, the lowers, functions, and duties of the Director of <br />Emergency Services and the emergency organization of the City of Colton shall be those <br />prescribed by state law, by ordinances, and resolutions of the City of Colton and approved by <br />the Colton City Council on August 19, 2014. <br />IT IS FURTHER PROCLAIMED AND ORDERED that the Director of Emergency <br />Services is authorized and may promulgate orders and regulations necessary to provide the <br />protection for life and property, that said local emergency shall be deemed to continue to exist <br />until its termination is proclaimed by the City Council of the City of Colton, State of <br />California. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19`h day of August, 2014. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
