R-95-13 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON SETTING <br />COMPENSATION RATES FOR FULL TIME CLASSIFICATIONS AND AMEND <br />RESOLUTION R-53-13. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, desires to establish the following <br />positions: <br />1. Public Works Water/Wastewater Superintendent <br />2. Public Works Engineering Superintendent <br />3.
