Kiosk Program. Under the City's authority and capacity as proprietor of City property, <br />the City has created a program for off -premises signage kiosks for certain uses and <br />activities of City-wide benefit and interest. For purposes of this section, "city-wide <br />benefit and interest" shall mean those uses or activities that, individually, generate <br />significant revenue for the City. Additionally, such uses shall have a minimum total of <br />one thousand feet lineal public Street Frontage. <br />Such program is adopted by resolution and may be updated from time -to -time as deemed <br />necessary and appropriate by the City Council. The program shall, at a minimum, specify <br />the following: <br />1. Uses which qualify for the off -premises signage kiosk program; <br />2. Development standards, design, and allowable Copy for off -premises signage kiosks; <br />3. Allowable locations for the kiosks; <br />4. A process for determining which businesses, developments, and other uses are <br />allowed to be listed in the kiosks; <br />5. An administration process for the program, including establishment of a fee <br />schedule; <br />6.
