West K Street between 5' Street and Union Pacific Rail Line: 248, 242 and 264 West K <br />2 Street (APN Nos. 0163-072-26, 0163-072-37, 0163-072-29). Zone Change from M-1 (Light <br />3 Industrial/Sensitive Development Area Overlay) to R-1 (Low Density Residential). Change of <br />Zone identified in attached map — Exhibit -`B." <br />4 <br />SECTION 6. Invalidity. If any sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any <br />5 reason held to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such decisions shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining provisions of this Ordinance. <br />6 <br />SECTION 7. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after <br />7 its adoption in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />8 SECTION 8. Certification/Publication. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of the <br />9 Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after <br />adoption in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City of Colton. <br />10 <br />11 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 5th day of December, 2017. <br />12 <br />au. <br />13 RICHARD A.
