<br />4. Area C-1. Parcels zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial, within an area bounded by the Agua
<br />2 Mansa Road to the south, projection of Santa Ana Avenue to the north, the Colton City
<br />3 Limits/ unincorporated boundary within the Cal Portland Cement facility to the east,
<br />and the eastern lot line of the parcel identified as APN 0260-071-02 to the west, with
<br />4 the following Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN):
<br />• APN 0258-151-09, & -1l;
<br />5 • APN 0258-161-01, -02, -03, & -04; and
<br />6 • APN 0260-071-03, -04, -05, -06, & -07;
<br />7 5. Area C-2. Parcels zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial, within an area bounded by the Agua
<br />Mansa Road to the south, the Rialto City Limits to the north and west, and the western
<br />8 lot line of the parcel identified as APN 0260-071-03 to the east, including those
<br />identified with the following Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN):

<br />and Santa Ana River to the south, including parcels along Agua Mansa Road, Riverside
<br />17 Avenue, and Miguel Bustamante Drive, including those identified with the following
<br />Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN):

<br />• APN 0260-181-01;

<br />23 SECTION 6. General Plan Consistency. The City Council of the City of Colton finds that adoption
<br />of this Ordinance is consistent with City of Colton General Plan, including the following policies
<br />24 and goals:
<br />25 o Policy LU -1.1: "Ensure that all new development conforms to all appreciable provisions of
<br />26 the General Plan and Zoning Code."
<br />27 The proposed Ordinance will require a discretionary review (conditional use permit) by the
<br />Planning Commission for any commercial marijuana cultivation or marijuana testing
