<br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON,
<br />CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION 1. Incorporation of Recitals. The above recitals are true and correct and are
<br />incorporated herein by this reference.
<br />SECTION 2. Chapter 18.06.060 of the Colton Development Code, is hereby amended as set
<br />forth in the attached Exhibit A.
<br />SECTION 3. Chapter 18.48.130 of the Colton Development Code is hereby amended as set forth
<br />in the attached Exhibit B.
<br />SECTION 4. Chapter 18.48.134 of the Colton Development Code is hereby added as set forth in
<br />the attached Exhibit C.
<br />SECTION 5. Amend the Official Zoning Map to apply a Marijuana Cultivation Candidate Sites
<br />(MCCS) Overlay zone, with the underlying zones to remain unchanged, for the following parcels
<br />located within all areas considered, Areas A, B-1, B-2, C-1, C-2, C-3, and D, with no exclusions:
<br />1. Area A. Parcels zoned I -P, Industrial Park, within an area bounded by the I-10 Freeway
<br />to the south, Santa Ana River to the east, San Bernardino City Limits to the north, and
<br />the flood control wash (Warm Creek) to the west, including parcels along Fairway
<br />Drive, Crossway Drive, and Auto Center Drive, including those identified with the
<br />following Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN):
<br />• APN 0164-182-35, -36, -38, -39, -41, -43, -46, -47, -48, -51, -53, -55, -57, &-
<br />58;
<br />• APN 0164-201-11; 0164-202-09,-35,-46, -49, -50, & -51; and
<br />• APN 0164-281-01, -02, -09, &-11.
<br />2. Area B-1. Parcels zoned M-1, Light Industrial within an area bounded by the I-10
<br />Freeway to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the south, San Bernardino City Limits
<br />to the east, and Santa Ana River to the west, including parcels along Steel Road, Hunts
<br />Lane, and Oliver Holmes Road including those identified with the following Assessor
<br />Parcel Numbers (APN):
<br />• APN 0164-212-10;
<br />• APN 0164-271-02, -03, -04, -05, & -06;
<br />• APN 0164-311-01, -02, -03, -04, -06,-15, -16, -17, -18, -19, -21, -22, -29, -35, -36,
<br />-45, -46, & -47;
<br />• APN 0276-131-20; and APN 0276-131-97.
<br />3. Area B-2. Parcels zoned M-1, Light Industrial within an area bounded by the I-215
<br />Freeway to the east, Union Pacific Railroad to the north, projected line north of the
<br />intersection of East Cooley Drive and South Cooley Drive to the west, and Cooley Drive
<br />to the south including parcels identified with the following Assessor Parcel Numbers
<br />(APN):
<br />• APN 0164-281-75 & -76.
