Each Compliance Time Schedule shall contain milestone dates as well <br />as a final compliance date. <br />21. Composite Sample. A sample which is collected from a Wastewater <br />discharge at selected intervals over a time period of twenty-four hours. A composite <br />sample may be collected using automatic continuous or discrete sampling equipment, or by <br />manually collecting a minimum of four grab samples. When specified by the Director, <br />composite samples shall be collected in a manner which is proportional to the flow rate of <br />the discharge. <br />22. Constituent. Any physical, chemical, or microbiological component or <br />parameter of water or Wastewater which can be quantified using Approved Analytical <br />Methods. <br />23. County.
