Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of the code is <br />guilty of a misdemeanor. Each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any such <br />violation is committed, continued, or permitted, is a separate offense. Any such violation <br />shall be punishable by such fines and penalties as described in Chapter 8.12 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code." <br />Section 5.
