Section 18. 18.040 of Chapter 18.18 of Title 18 of the Colton Municipal <br />Code, pertaining to the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial zone, is hereby amended in its entirety <br />to read as follows: <br />"18.18.040 Conditional uses. <br />A. Educational institutions, instructional and library services. <br />B. Cultural institutions. <br />C. Postal services. <br />D. Public transportation facilities. <br />E. Religious assembly and places of worship. <br />F. Alcoholic beverage sales. <br />G. Resale/secondhand stores. <br />H. 24-hour retail or restaurant operations <br />I. Uses compatible with other uses permitted in the zone, but not specifically <br />mentioned or easily identified as belonging to a use type." <br />SECTION 9. Section 18.20.040 of Chapter 18.20 of Title 18 of the Colton Municipal <br />Code, pertaining to the B -P Business Park zone, is hereby amended in its entirety to read as <br />follows: <br />"18.20.040 Conditional uses. <br />A. Community recreation and recreational facilities. <br />B. Cultural institutions. <br />C. Large collection recycling facilities. <br />D. Outdoor retail sales. <br />E. Swan meets (indoor & outdoor). <br />F. Transient habitation. <br />G. Alcoholic beverage sales. <br />H. Automobile parking. <br />I. Automobile repair. <br />J. Automobile sales and rentals. <br />K. Automobile servicing. <br />L. Automobile storage. <br />M. Resale/secondhand stores. <br />N. 24-hour retail or restaurant operations <br />O.
