Section 18.22.040 of Chapter 18.22 of Title 18 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code, pertaining to the C-2 General Commercial zone, is hereby amended in its <br />entirety to read as follows: <br />"18.22.040 Conditional uses. <br />A. Animal boarding and health care. <br />B. Assembly use. <br />C. Automobile servicing and storage. <br />D. Automobile parking. <br />E. Automobile repair. <br />F. Automobile sales and rentals. <br />G. Alcoholic beverage sales. <br />H. Cultural institutions. <br />I. Community recreation, and amusement arcades. <br />J. Large collection recycling facilities. <br />K. Outdoor retail sales. <br />L. Swap meets (indoor & outdoor). <br />M. Private transportation facilities <br />N. Recreational facilities. <br />O. Resale/secondhand stores. <br />P. 24-hour retail or restaurant operations <br />Q. Utility operations facilities. <br />R. Transient habitation. <br />S. Uses compatible with other uses permitted in the zone, but not specifically <br />mentioned or easily identified as belonging to a use type." <br />SECTION 11. Section 18.24.040 of Chapter 18.24 of Title 18 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code, pertaining to the I -P Industrial Park zone, is hereby amended in its entirety <br />to read as follows: <br />"18.24.040 Conditional uses. <br />A. Automobile servicing. <br />B. Automobile parking. <br />C. Automobile repair. <br />D. Automobile sales and rentals. <br />E. Automobile storage. <br />F. Alcoholic beverage sales. <br />G.
