(GC Section 53232.3(d). <br /> <br />MPT Suchil attended the League of California Cities Policy Committee Meeting – Governance, Transparency <br />& Labor Relations on January 23, 2020 held in Sacramento, CA. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />• Graffiti Removal Program - Discussion & Possible Direction to Staff <br />MPT Suchil opened the discussion and possible direction to staff as to the need for a pro-active Graffiti <br />Removal Program; should be active seven days a week; the quality of removal should include matching <br />background paint; this would enhance the area; and use of vendors located in the Inland Empire. <br /> <br />Discussion with Councilmembers present and full consensus with direction to staff to return with an Agenda <br />Report for possible action that would include possible cost which including cost assistance by local businesses; <br />the possible liabilities for the program; and parallel vendors and an RFP analysis; <br /> <br />*************************************************************************** <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />(1) CDBG Funding for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 <br /> <br /> TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE AND ADOPT A <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />PRIORITIZING PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br />GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021, RESOLUTION NO.
