(13) E Street and H Street Vacation – Colton Quiet Zone – Approve and Adopt Resolution R-76A-18 to summarily vacate the excess right-of-way described in the proposed Resolution and direct staff to record the Resolution with the San Bernardino County Recorder, RESOLUTION NO.
