None disclosed. <br /> <br />AB 1234 ORAL REPORTS <br />Mayor DeLaRosa asked the members present if there were any brief reports on meetings attended at the <br />expense of the City. (GC Section 53232.3(d). None disclosed. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />• Discussion and consider appointing authors to write arguments for and against proposed General Fund <br />Transfer and Cannabis Business Tax Measures. <br />Mayor DeLaRosa proposed and made a motion for the Council as a whole to author the arguments for the <br />proposed General Fund Transfer and Cannabis Business Tax Measures; and the team to write the arguments <br />would be the Council representatives on the Finance Committee: Mayor DeLaRosa, Councilmember Suchil, <br />and Councilmember Navarro. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by Mayor DeLaRosa/CM Suchil to approve the recommended motion as outlined by Mayor <br />DeLaRosa. <br />Vote: Unanimous
