2018 DECEMBER 18 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 3 - <br /> <br /> Councilmember Deidre Bennett made comments of acknowledgement of Mayor DeLaRosa’s service to <br />the community. <br /> <br />COMMENTS FROM OUTGOING CITY OFFICIALS <br />Mayor DeLaRosa made comments of acknowledgement to fellow councilmembers on the dais; including City <br />Manager Smith, Department Director’s and city employees; recognized his appointees to each Board and <br />Commission; concluding remarks were addressed to the community and citizens of the City of Colton. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br />City Clerk Carolina R. Padilla called the newly-elected City Officials forward; the Oath of Office administered <br />and the Certificate of Election issued by City Clerk Carolina R. Padilla. <br /> <br />The Oath of Office was administered by City Clerk Padilla to Councilmember-Elect Luis S. González. <br /> <br />The Ceremonial Oath of Office was administered by Nicole Toro, accompanied by Kerri Toro to <br />Councilmember-Elect David J. Toro. <br /> <br />The Ceremonial Oath of Office was administered by Ernest Mateo Cisneros to Councilmember-Elect Ernest <br />Ray Cisneros. <br /> <br />The Ceremonial Oath of Office was administered by Gary Grossich, accompanied by Frank Navarro, Jr. and <br />Richard Navarro to Mayor-Elect Frank J.
