None disclosed. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />(1) Safety Element Update <br /> <br /> TIME AND PLACED FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE <br />ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />APPROVING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR A COMPREHENSIVE UPDATE TO THE <br />SAFETY ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN. <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa declared the Public Hearing Open. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and announced no <br />protest or objections received thereto. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />Director Tomich presented for Council consideration approval of staff’s recommendation approving a general <br />plan amendment for a comprehensive update to the safety element of the general plan. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />None <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Suchil/CM González to close the public hearing.
