O-02-16, AMENDING AND RESTATING CHAPTER 18.49 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL <br />CODE RELATING TO ADULT BUSINESS REGULATIONS: FILE INDEX NO. DAP-001-248. <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa declared the Public Hearing Open. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Affidavit of Publication calling the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) <br />and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by MPT Suchil/CM Jorrin to Close the Public Hearing. <br />Unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Bennett/MPT Suchil to waive full reading and introduce by title only Ordinance No. <br />O-02-16 <br />Unanimous vote. <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER’S REPORTS <br />City Manager Smith informed Council the upgraded Voting Board will be in place by the next regular council <br />meeting; an information flyer “For El Niño Assistance . . .” with reference phone numbers during working <br />hours and after hours (non-emergency) and Sandbag locations are listed and will be available at all City <br />facilities and the City website. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 7:37 p.m., Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the Regular Council meeting in memoriam of Ignacio Figueroa. <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa announced the business of the Regular Meeting of the City Council has been concluded and <br />asked City Attorney Campos to take the Council into Closed Session. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION (cont’d) <br />City Attorney Campos read Closed Session Item B. into the record. <br /> <br />B.
