R-115-16. <br /> <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />(15) Hub City Centre Economic Investment Inducement Program – Authorize staff to begin implementation <br />of the Hub City Centre Specific Plan Economic Investment Inducement Program (“Hub Economic <br />Investment Program”) subject to approval of each individual Operating Covenant Agreement. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />Mark Tomich, Development Services Director, and Michael Bracken, Managing Partner & Chief Economic <br />Development Management Group, Inc. presented to Council for consideration/consensus an economic <br />investment inducement program; detail information provided with the assistance of a PowerPoint presentation <br />“Hub City Economic Investment Program”. <br /> <br />Council Discussion <br />Discussion by Councilmembers present with clarification provided by staff: Director Tomich and Michael <br />Bracken. <br /> <br />Consensus by Councilmembers present to authorize implementation of the investment program to induce <br />economic investment in the Hub City Centre Specific Plan (Individual Operating Covenant Agreements will <br />come to the City Council for approval). <br /> <br />(16) Administration of the City’s Zoning Code – Consider Introduction of an Ordinance Amending portions <br />of Chapter 18.58 of the Colton Municipal Code relating to the Administration of the City’s Zoning <br />Code, ORDINANCE NO. O-24-16: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Colton Amending <br />Portions of Chapter 18.58 of Title 15 of the Colton Municipal Code Relating to Administration of the <br />City’s Zoning Code. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />Asst.
