COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 21, 1987 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Mayor Gonzales stated that Item No. 10 would be removed from the Con— <br />sent Calendar, and discussed as a separate item. <br />(1) Minutes <br />April 7, 1987 <br />_ (2) Warrants <br />58380 through 58654, 58656 through 58817, 130842 through <br />131142 (April 16, 1987) inclusive, as recommended by the <br />Assistant City Manager for Administrative Services. <br />(3) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Tom Bell Toyota, $8,257.40, One Ton Cab and <br />Chassis for Parks Division, Public Works Department. <br />(4) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Russell Tourville Construction, not to exceed <br />$276,528, Civic Center Renovation. <br />(5) Permits <br />Approval of Encroachment Permit for trash enclosure, electri— <br />cal transformer in the City's drainage easement at 491 Wild— <br />rose Avenue (Price Club). <br />(6) Permits <br />Approval of Encroachment Permit for Wildes, 122 Maria Court, <br />and Lincoln, 104 Maria Court. <br />(7) General Plan <br />Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, May 5, 1987, proposal to <br />update and change various zones of the General Plan. <br />1 <br />
