CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 5, 1995 A regular meeting of the City Council of the Cit of C .held on the above Y Colton was Of City Hall, mayor Fulp at 6:32 P. M., in the Council Chambers p presiding. FLAG SALUTE: Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. INVOCATION: Chaplain Pete Tasaka offered the invocation. ROLL CALL• Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett Sanders, Beltran and Mayor Ful Cook, Fulp. Also present were City Attorney Biggs, City Manager Martinez, and Deputy City Clerk Delgado. *C� Clerk Ramos entered the meeting at 9:10 p. M. 1tY MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: Presentations Awards Proclamations * Mayor Fulp presented Mr. Nichy, President of the Colton Youth Football League, with additional contributions totaling $2,000, which included a check for Mayor Fulp won at the City Employee: $ Chrismassy' Part ,enting whichmo c he contributed on behalf of the City Employees. AGENDA REVIEW: City Attorney Biggs stated two matters had arisen subsequent to the Posting of the Agenda which required consideration by the Cit q Council. The items were for Closed Session, namely one 'matter of significant exposure and one matter 54956.9(b)) and one personnel matter (Government G f rnment Code Section specifically, the position of secretary tothe public Cit Council (Government Code Section 54957 Y Council the action required two-thirds).
