J COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 209 1995 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:42 P. M., in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall duly noticed Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Pete Tasaka. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, <br />Sanders,Beltran, and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager <br />Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Presentations Awards, Proclamations <br />Recognition <br />* Mayor Fulp read the Resolution highlighting the merger of the <br />Easter Seal Society of the Inland Counties with A Special <br />Place Children's Hands On Museum, said document to be <br />presented at their celebration on June '27th. <br />* Mayor Fulp read and presented Certificates of Commendation to <br />Electric Department Employees Bob Bracken, Dan De La Hoya and <br />Anthony Siegfried for their time and effort in helping to make <br />the televising of the Council meetings a reality. Mayor Fulp <br />also thanked the City Manager Martinez, Electric Utility <br />Director Tom Clarke and Assistant to the City Manager Daryl <br />Parrish for their contribution. <br />* Mayor Fulp read a Resolution commending Mr. David Witt for his <br />outstanding service to the children in the community and for <br />being named as recipient of the Outstanding School Crossing <br />Guard Award. Mr. Baron Farwell, Manager of All City Manager <br />Services, Inc., acknowledged Mr. Witt for his five years of <br />service. He indicated that Mr. Witt was never later for work <br />and had never missed work in those five years of service.
