CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 19, 1995 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:37 p.m., in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Chaplain Bob Johnson offered the invocation. <br />ROLL , CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, <br />1 Sanders, Beltran and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager <br />Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL_ITBMS: <br />Presentations Awards Proclamations <br />* Councilmember Bennett said the following commissioners had <br />submitted resignations due to encumbered schedules or <br />relocating outside of the City,. In recognition of their <br />dedicated service to the community, Councilmember Bennett <br />announced that Certificates of Appreciation would be forwarded <br />to Mr. Ray Robles, who served in the Planning Commission; to <br />Mr. Al Warsh, who served in the Utilities Commission and Mr.. <br />Cindy Marksbury, who served in the Historic Preservation <br />Commission. Mayor Fulp stated he would forward a plaque and <br />pen to each persona <br />* Councilmember Hutton acknowledged the recent generous <br />contribution of sports equipment and ceramic supplies to the <br />Friends of Veterans Park from the San Bernardino County <br />Raiders Booster Club and he presented a Certificate of <br />Commendation to Mr. Chris Gallegos, President. Mayor Fulp <br />presented a plaque and pen to Mr. Gallegos. <br />At the request of the City of Covina, Mayor Fulp read the <br />resolution joining other cities supporting the League of <br />SEP 19 1995 <br />
