Bennett <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />✓ Presentation — Colton Joint Unified School District, Knowledge Bowl Speech Winners. <br />Matter continued to the first meeting in June. <br />✓ Proclamation read recognizing Memorial Day Celebration on May 28, 2001. <br />✓ Proclamation was read declaring the week of May 14 — 20, 2001 as Salvation Army <br />Week. <br />✓ Plaque was presented to Public Works Director John Hutton honoring him upon his <br />retirement. <br />ORDINANCE: <br />First Reading PERS Contract Amendment Fire Safety Employees <br />City Council Mins May 15, 2001 1 <br />
