That Section Three, Subsection 1 of Ordinance <br />No. 965 shall be amended and read as follows: <br />1. The fee to be paid for filing an application for a permit to move <br />oversize loads and for moving buildings, not intended to be located in <br />the City shall be the sum of $10.00 plus such other amounts as the City <br />may be obliged to incur as costs and expenses by reason of any such move. <br />Said fee may be changed from time to time by Resolution adopted by the <br />City Council. <br />SECTION TWO. That Section Eleven of Ordinance No. 965 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 11. PROCEDURE AFTER APPLICATION APPROVED. After the <br />approval of any application for the moving of a building to be located <br />within the City of Colton, and before any permit shall be issued therefor, <br />the applicant, notwithstanding any of the other provisions herein, shall <br />execute and file with the City of Colton an agreement satisfactory to the <br />City of Colton to complete the work shown by the plans and specifications <br />or otherwise required, within a reasonable time as provided in said <br />agreement, but not exceeding (6) months from the date thereof, and the <br />applicant as a further condition precedent to the issuance of such permit <br />shall furnish the City with a faithful and performance bond in form <br />satisfactory to the City, in favor of the City, in an amount equivalent to <br />
