That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />Planning Commission of the City on Text Amendment TA 1-89 to <br />Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code and Ordinance Number <br />1602. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended adoption of the <br />proposed Text Amendment. <br />3. That said Text Amendment and recommended action appropriately <br />shown is as follows: <br />Title 18, Chapter 18.16, Development Standards is amended to <br />include the following Section: <br />18.16.081, Outdoor Storage: <br />A. DEFINITIONS <br />The meaning of the terms set forth herein shall have the <br />meaning as defined in Title 18 of the City of Colton <br />Municipal Code. In addition, for the purpose of this <br />Ordinance, the following terms shall mean: <br />
