Chapter 10.05 is hereby added to the Colton Municipal <br />Code to read as follows: <br />Chapter 10.05 <br />MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITIES <br />Sections: <br />10.05.010 <br />Municipal parking facility defined. <br />10.05.020 <br />Parking in designated spaces required. <br />10.05.030 <br />No parking in restricted parking spaces. <br />10.05.040 <br />Compliance with specified traffic direction required. <br />10.05.050 <br />Traffic speed. <br />10.05.060 <br />Applicability of regulations. <br />10.05.070 <br />Bicycles, skateboards, etc. <br />10.05.080 <br />Posting of regulations. <br />10.05.090 <br />Enforcement duty. <br />10.05.100 <br />Enforcement personnel authorization. <br />10.05.110 <br />Written citation. <br />10.05.120 <br />Manner of payment. <br />10.05.010 Municipal parking facility defined. A "municipal parking <br />facility" is a parking lot, parcel of land, facility, garage, or structure owned, leased, <br />or operated by the City, or in which the City has a possessory right of interest and <br />which is used as a municipal or public parking facility and for the off-street <br />parking of vehicles. <br />
