R-104-86 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN (FILE <br />INDEX NO. G-1-86) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did consider <br />an amendment to the General Plan for the City of Colton, File Index No. <br />G-1-86; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the proposed Amendment by the <br />Planning Commission on June 24, 1986; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said General Plan Amendment <br />and the Resolution of the Planning Commission relating thereto in full <br />and is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of Public Hearing as required <br />by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing on July 1, <br />•:. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Colton resolves as <br />follows: <br />The foregoing recitals are correct. <br />It is in the public interest that the General Plan be amended as <br />herein provided. <br />The General Plan for the City of Colton is amended as shown below: <br />1. The area affected hereby is described in File Index No. <br />G-1-86 and is generally described and located as follows: 9.2 acres, <br />located north of Fairway Drive, west of Warm Creek Flood Control Channel. <br />2. The General Plan designation of said area is changed from <br />Medium -Density Residential to High -Density Residential. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1986, with the <br />following conditions: <br />
