R-68-86 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON CERTIFYING THE <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE <br />AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />THE COOLEY RANCH, PROJECT NO. 4 <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />Colton (the "Agency") has prepared Amendment No. 3 to the <br />Redevelopment Plan for the Cooley Ranch, Project No. 4 (the <br />"Redevelopment Plan"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared a Redevelopment Plan <br />Report on Amendment No. 3 to the Redevelopment Plan and an <br />Environmental Impact Report has been prepared in accordance with <br />the provisions of CEQA; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly given, the Agency and <br />Ithe City Council of the City of Coltond (this "City Council") <br />have held a full and fair public hearing on the Redevelopment <br />Plan and the Environmental Impact Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Colton <br />hereby certifies the Environmental Impact Report for the <br />proposed Redevelopment Plan for Amendment No. 3 to Redevelopment <br />Plan for the Cooley Ranch Project No. 4 Redevelopment Project. <br />SECTION 2. This City Council adopts the following <br />Statement of Overriding Consideration and Mitigation Measures: <br />To the extent that the Redevelopment <br />Plan, as amended, allows the occurrence <br />of significant effects identified in the <br />-1- <br />
