Pursuant to Section 99 of the Revenue and Taxation <br />Code, prior to the issuance of a certificate of <br />filinq bV the Local agencV Formation Commission <br />Executive Officer, the qoverninq bodies of all local <br />aqencies whose service area or service <br />responsibilities will be altered bV a proposed <br />jurisdictional chanqe shall neqotiate and determine <br />bV resolution the amount of propertV tax revenues to <br />be exchanqed between and amonq such local aqencies. <br />-1- <br />
