R-56-93 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING REPORT OF <br />COLTON BUILDING OFFICIAL FILED PURSUANT TO <br />SECTION 1601 OF THE UNIFORM HOUSING CODE, <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 0-17-92 OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AND THE ASSESSMENTS OF CHARGES AGAINST REAL <br />PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has incurred certain expenses <br />in the demolition of the building or structure on the premises <br />hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, a report specifying the work done, the itemized <br />total cost of said work, the description of said real property <br />upon which the building or structure was located and the names <br />and addresses of the person or persons entitled to notice <br />pursuant to Subsection (d) of Section 1101 of the Uniform <br />Housing Code, Ordinance No. 0-17-92, has been submitted by the <br />City Clerk to the City Council for consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, said Council has heretofore fixed the time, date <br />and <br />place of hearing of said <br />report, <br />to wit, July 6, <br />1993, <br />at <br />the <br />hour of 7:30 p.m., in the <br />Council <br />Chambers, City <br />Hall, <br />650 <br />North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, legal notices of <br />which have been given; and <br />WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to the <br />proposed charge, expense and cost have been filed with the <br />City Clerk prior to the time set for said hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at the time and place of said <br />hearing did duly hear and pass upon said report, together <br />with objections and protests thereto, if any; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council made no revisions, or <br />
