I RESOLUTION NO. R-129-02 <br />2 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE MEMORANDUM OF <br />4 UNDERSTANDING BY AND BETWEEN THE SAN <br />BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION <br />5 (GENERAL UNIT) R-82-01 AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />6 <br />7 WHEREAS, THE City Council of the City of Colton has given full consideration <br />8 to the results of meetings between representatives of the City of Cotl9on and <br />9 <br />representatives of the Colton General Unit held pursuant to Government Code <br />10 <br />Section 3500 et. Seq. <br />11 <br />12 NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />13 marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof <br />14 and adopted hereby. <br />15 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be <br />16 <br />17 contingent upon signature of the City's and Employee's representatives. <br />18 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November 2002. <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />DEIRDRE H.
