3 , RESOLUTION NO. 2620 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RELATING TO UTILITY BILLING FOR THE CITY OF COLTON. (AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2517) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON that from and after the 17th day of November, 1965, the following rules shall apply to Utility Billings for the City of Colton: 11 1 . Connection Fees - Residential 1) (a) That a $2 .50 connection fee be charged and collected from the applicant for residential electrical service prior to making such connection. (b) That a $2 .50 connection fee be charged and collected from the applicant for residential water service within the City of Colton prior to making such connection. (c) That a $10.00 connection fee is hereby established for water service outside the City of Colton. 2 . Commercial or Temporary Deposits (a) That no change be made in commercial or temporary deposits for Electrical and Wat er services . (b) That if the applicant for commercial or temporary service is unable to pay the deposit in full, service may be connected for one-half the total amount, provided that the balance will be paid within thirty (30) days from the date of service connection.
