JOHNSON <br />Personnel :Director <br />SUBJECT: ADOPT REVISED JOB DESCRIPTION LINE CREW SUPERVISOR <br />BACKGROUND <br />Last year, as part of the resolution of grievance #92-11, the City Manager agreed to make certain revisions to <br />the Line Crew Supervisor job description. Gale Drews and I have finalized those revisions in the attached job <br />description. A copy has been submitted to IBEW representative Bob Villalobos for comment. <br />The changes emphasize that Line Crew Supervisors are true supervisors, not lead workers. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that Council adopt the attached job description. <br />Concur <br />Cit pager <br />C: AGENDLCS <br />
