Colton City Engineer's Office _ <br />SUBJECT:_ _ Reche Canyon Road Improvements by the County. of San Bernar ino <br />The County of San Bernardino is preparing to install street paving and drainage <br />improvements to Reche Canyon Road from Banas Road Borth to the City of Colton City <br />limits near Placid Lane. Particular attention is given to Prado Line which is to receive a <br />left turn line, a signal and to the immediate south will be drainage piping. I spolce today <br />with the County of San Bernardino Project Development Design Division Chief , Tony <br />Gray who has informed me of the project progress and schedule as follows: <br />• Advertisement of the Project will be from February to March <br />• A Bid opening is proposed in Alarch <br />• The project is to begin constriction in late May of 1997. <br />• Duration of the project is approximately 3 nionths <br />The above schedule is contingent upon (lie City of Colton having completed the required <br />waterline modifications by late April, 1997 <br />Please 611 us if you have any questions. <br />CC: Fide <br />P.01 <br />Item No. 21 <br />
